This book is wonderful!! I’ve been following the austhor’s Instagram page for a while so I knew I’ll be getting my money’s worth. Telem’s recipes are super easy to follow. He explains every step thoroughly. He provides options and alternatives to make almost any dish in different ways using different ingredients . Most importantly, the dishes are delicious!!! my husband and kids already recognize when I make one of Oz telem’s dishes.Waiting for him to write a tomato book ....

My wife adores this book.
There are so many creative recipes for cauliflower in this book, beyond anything I could have imagined. I have really enjoyed try some recipes, especially since most are low carb.
Not what I envisioned. Recipes appear tasty and intriguing though. Beautiful pictures. Many recipes are complicated, with long prep times (1 hour+). I expected healthier options...no pasta, no frying. Maybe one of these days I’ll try a couple when I have more time and energy.
